Some communication protocols support "browsing". By this not quite technically correct word I mean querying the list of objects that the server offers and which the client (e.g. D2000 KOM process) can read.
A typical case is the development of new functionality in a test environment and the subsequent transfer of objects to production. The challenge is to transfer everything that is needed.
It should look impossible, but this option does really exist. D2000 SCADA is one of the most stable programming platforms.
We support redundant and highly available D2000 application servers, LANs, archives, communication processes, and communication routes. But how to make a PostgreSQL database highly available?
