In the last three decades, IPESOFT has organized dozens of professional events focused on sharing knowledge and expertise. We also gained a lot of experience by presenting our systems to international partners.
International Webinar – How to develop your own industrial application
To bring our systems to a broader audience, we decided to use the experience and organized an online webinar called “How to develop your own industrial application”. Starting with a new industrial automation platform can be intimidating. The goal of the workshop was to provide a quick and easy tutorial on application development for all the international experts interested in the D2000 platform and thus streamlining their development process.
The webinar showed that the IPESOFT D2000 platform is bringing interest from all over the world. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect so many great professionals from Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Asia.
Individual tutorials
During the webinar, our colleague Peter Humaj briefly introduced the D2000 platform, its processes and use cases and provided a tutorial on how to:
· Create an application;
· Create Modbus server and Modbus client;
· Put values into a historical database;
· Use structured values;
· Display values using Schemes (pictures);
· Use display palettes;
· Publish schemes to the Web;
· Export values to Excel.
Until now, the video recordings were available exclusively to the international participants. Now, we decided to bring them to everybody! You can find the complete recording of the webinar on our Youtube channel. The edited videos of the individual chapters are also available on the channel.
Once again, we would like to thank all the participants for their active attention, their questions, and their contributions to the discussion. We would also like to congratulate the lucky winners of our little contest.
Looking forward to future international events – we hope that the international community surrounding the IPESOFT D2000 platform will keep growing and innovating the automation industry together.
